# Microsoft 2FA

2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) di akun Microsoft disebut juga verifikasi dua langkah. Ini membuat akun kamu jauh lebih aman karena selain password, kamu juga harus memverifikasi lewat perangkat lain seperti HP.

Berikut cara menambahkan 2FA di akun Microsoft:

1. Masuk ke akun Microsoft dengan membuka <https://office.com/> dan login.

2. Masuk ke bagian "Pengaturan"  dan Klik tab Setting (Pengaturan) di bagian kiri bawah.

3. Pilih bagian "Ubah Kata sandi anda"<br>

4. Muncul pop-up "Ubah kata sandi". Silakan lakukan ubah password disini, atau bisa juga di tekan tombol batal. Saran kami : Lakukan ubah password setiap 3-4 bulan sekali.

5. Aktifkan Two-Step Verification "Tambahkan Metode Masuk", Klik tambahkan metode masuk

6. Tambahkan Metode Masuk Microsoft Authenticator

7. Download Aplikasi Microsoft Authenticator di HP melalui playstore / appstore

8. Siapkan akun anda, Klik berikutnya

9. Pindai Kode QR. Microsoft akan menampilkan QR code. Scan QR tersebut lewat aplikasinya di HP.

10. Verifikasi dengan memasukkan kode yang muncul di aplikasi untuk verifikasi. Setelah itu, 2FA aktif!

**Tips tambahan:**

* Simpan kode pemulihan (recovery codes) yang disediakan setelah setup, supaya bisa login kalau HP hilang.
* Update informasi keamanan lain seperti email alternatif dan nomor HP aktif.
